"The best thing about the Hyatt is proximity to chair, you can walk half a block and you’re on! The suite was adequate but I needed more light. They provided me a desk lamp. They have 3 hot tubs, a laundry and free breakfast daily. The downside was my floors ice machine was broken but it was a small inconvenience. They serve delicious cookies every afternoon and overall from checking in, to leaving people were friendly and helpful. I would return."

"The condo was nice ... noise from above, but that's to be expected I'd say. Location very convenient and property management was friendly. One of the two hot tubs in the building wasn't hot and the other one packed, so we made it into the building next door to access their hot tubs which were very nice - much better view, too. "

"Enjoyed my stay at Gateway. Although the exterior and hallways give an institutionalized vibe, my studio room was absolutely wonderful. It was very functional and relaxing place to stay after a hardday skiing. I would stay there again. I did have some issues with an extension cord that was used to plug up appliances in the kitchen area. Also found the kitchen area, especially at night was dark and needed more light. Overall, a great place to stay! A great place to stay with easy walking access...

"We loved our stay. The only problem that we had was that the toilet room light did not work. Someone came out the same day to fix, but said they had to call maintenance. Maintenance came out the day before we were leaving to inspect it. Other than that, we loved the condo, loved the area. It was perfect for our family."

"Great place in the perfect River Run location. Highly recommend if you are looking for a convenient, fun, and private place to stay in the heart of Keystone. Room to spread out, a good kitchen set up, and close to everything. We have stayed here twice in July and can get pretty warm in the summer months. There is no AC and it would be great if there was a fan in the room. We ran to Lowes in Silverthorn to pick one up and were good to go once we got the air moving. "

"Loved the views and the condo was immaculate! "

"We have a group of 6 guys who do a week ski trip every year for the last 10 years, and always pick a new mountain. This property was the best we have ever stayed in! It’s even better than the pictures look, and the Murphy bed in the theater room made it a great 6th bedroom so we all had our own. The kitchen was fully equipped and we were able to cook every night. Hot tub was amazing with a view that can’t be beat. Walking to lifts is a bit far (10m) but the red line shuttle stops right in front...

"Its a great place to stay. Location is great. There is a brewery/coffee shop, convinience store, ski rental on the first floor of the building. The building has a gated garage, hot pool/tub, and ski lockers. The studio unit was updated. The kitchen is for heating up food only but that was enough. I would stay here again."

"Had a wonderful 3 night stay w 2 adults and 2 teenagers. This is a fantastic value for proximity to the slopes and lifts in Keystone. Easy 7 min walk. Beautiful view from large windows in our room. Ask for a 5th or 6th floor room for close proximity to hot tubs. Rooms are on the small side and then add in ski gear. Nice couch area by the floor to ceiling windows w mountain view. Lovely beeakfast each day w varied and healthy options. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate always available in tge lobby. Fresh baked cookies served at 4pm. Nice surprise was a free water station in the lobby w flavor, electrolytes, and vitamin add ins. Walking distance to restaurants. Free shuttle or short drive to main Keystone Village. We will be back."

"Great facility, walking distance from River Run. NO ski locker key. Several electrical outlets were not working and the outlets are very old, charging cubes wouldn’t stay in. Noisy family above us, rooms are not very sound proof."
