"When we arrived the lobby is very nice and clean. But when we got the room, the first room, it was not good at all. For a suite the room only had 1 tv in the room (not 2); there was no curtain up to the big window. The room was not at all appealing. So, I went back to the front to ask for a room that was advertised. Yes, we were given a better room. A room that had the 2 tv’s, and curtains and it was clean, so we decided to stay. "I was aware the resort was kind of "rustic" in the sense of a natural park/water park - cabin, but to our surprise, it exceeded our expectation, our room was ample, clean and great. The staff was uber-kind and attentive to our needs, we were provided an informative package with all the activities and amenities they offer, I wish I had more time than just the weekend to explore the area; we all had fun. This is a family resort so expect pets and kids around. "
