"This hotel was excellent. We had had a long day travelling and arrived in hot dark and wet conditions. The hotel, down a bumpy road, was an oasis of calm. Our room was beautiful, with an outside bath big enough for at least 6 people!! We ate in as we were exhausted, cocktails were very tasty and the curries fresh and spicy. We slept very well as the area is quiet. Reception Enoch and Dinusha were very helpful sorting out an extra nights stay for us The pool is also a very welcome addition...

"This hotel in an inexpensive option close to the airport. My (long) flight arrived very late evening and all I needed was a nearby location to catch up on sleep. Taxi was organized. It suited my needs well. Would not do so if you're fussy and willing to pay more. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was worthy of any five star hotel."

Thank you! Didn’t get a chance to use the pool but did lounge in the common areas, which was great as the breeze was coming across the canal. This place is quaint and absolutely lovely.
