He advised and guided us through the area, even rescued us when we miscalculated our trip and left the car far from the hotel. "It's the only hotel in the area and when I first saw it I thought 'The Bates Motel' but after the first night, it felt charming; from a bygone era. The garden is unkept, yet the room, very comfortable with a balcony overlooking the sea. There is a breakfast terrace, again with an outstanding view and the breakfast, simple yet satisfying.
