Cramped, toilet was dirty, no toiletries provided except for a miserable small bottle of shampoo and body wash. No laundry bags, carpet was slightly damp and smelled musty. "The hotel is clean and situated next to the Mall and Tesco, which is convenient. The room is big and the bed very comfortable. The down side is that the KTV Lounge downstairs play very loud music which can be heard all the way up the upper floors where I was. This is not the fault of the hotel itself, but the consequence of its location being at the periphery of Taiping town and residential areas."
