"Pictures were deceiving. Staff were incompetent. Messed up my booking. Instead of 2 rooms 3 nights they had 1 apartment 2 rooms. The night staff didnt understand and I had to book an extra room. Overall I had paid for an extra room that we didn’t use cause the staff didn’t know how to make the changes in the system. Place was run down and dingy. We had to change rooms cause it smelled moldy, and WC was leaking. Will not recommend. "

"Had booked a night of stay at the hotel under hotel.com. however,when reaching the hotel lobby mentioned that the hotel had only has business link up with Agoda instead.and the room I book was not available .and end up has to re-book another room!this was really really bad and causing delay to my personal itinerary. "The stay here was great for a last minute trip. The food from the bistro was amazing however the conditions of the hotel is not the best. When making a booking I saw that it was a king size bed but once checked in, I noticed its two super single bed put together. The jacuzzi and spa service was available but the jacuzzi handle was broken and they forgot to fill up so when it was my time I had to wait half an hour for it to be filled. "
