"Room was clean and beautiful except small area of wallpaper peel off. Toilet has a smell but overall still acceptable. Disappointment with very late notice that the swimming pool is chargeable with a RM30 fee and limited entry. same thing for parking. Suggest these should indicate in Expedia website. "

"The apartment is very spacious, and clean. Service response is prompt. The apartment management communication with the condo's security guards can be better. Encountered slight issues with the guards at the gate when driving in although we have registered our vehicle in advance. "

"The property was ok however one of the water heaters for the shower was not working during our stay. Affected our daily routine during the stay as everyone shared a toilet to shower and Genting is generally cold. We were compensated for this (Thank you). The trip to the resort is about 15-20mins drive, not too bad considering the price of this place and the ones in the Genting resort itself. There’s also good food nearby. "
