"Very poorly maintained. Dirty room, even the parking area was dirty and not maintained well. Room was not up to par. Toiletries provided were too little. Rooms were very smelly and AC not working well. Not worth the money. Such a disgrace to Terengganu tourism. Please never come here 👎"

"There were lots of insect in the bathroom. Sheets were stained and window ledges covered with bird poop. Check in needs a RM 100 cash deposit and have to retain the receipt to claim the money back. Did not know this in advance since nobody said anything. No convenience store close by. Closest restaurants are in Kampung Cina which is about 10 mins walk."

"Centrally located,easy to find not far from bus station and Chinatown. Lots of choice for food closeby. One chinese restaurant serves beer on same street if that is important consideration. Helpful staff at reception, lady owner or manager very kind and helpful. Room was compact, bed comfortable, shower good. Wifi good. Limited tv channels. "

"No pool towels, no microwave, no stove, no toilet roll for one bathroom Gym was locked kids play room locked One key for the whole 3 room apartment- so if one member needs to swim the others in the room have no TC a/c or electricity"

"This backpacker hostel is truly fantastic! The hostess is extremely friendly, and the overall cleanliness, especially in the washrooms, is excellent. I just want to mention that there's a bar nearby that stays open late into the night. You might hear loud music playing from around 10 PM to 12 AM."

The room furniture and breakfast options are huge disappointment. I hope the hotel management can invest more to improve the quality."
