"DO NOT BOOK! Hotel is closed down. I’m writing this to ensure that no one else books this place, as Hotels.com has so far refused to pull this listing. The hotel does not exist. I spent nearly 3 hrs in the dark trying to find this place. Eventually, I did find the address, only to be yelled at in Serbian by a poor woman who now owns this as her home. If you book, you will be stranded. "

"We spent two nights at Hotel Zeta. A beautiful hotel on the water. Our room was wonderful with a sea view. The staff were super friendly and helpful right from check-in, restaurant and check-out. It is about a 10-15 minute drive from Old Town Budva and an hour walk along the waterfront with a very nice walkway. Breakfast was cooked to order from a select menu. The location is ideal right next to the lake and only a 20minute walk away from old town. The restaurant next door is delicious - we would have loved to have eaten there more but there were so many options near by! All of the staff were incredibly helpful and kind. "
