Kamar bau apek.begitu kMi masuk sprei dn bedcober sprtix sdh d gunakan, banyak noda.kamar mandi di salh satu kamar yg kami pesan sgt bau dan tdk bisa ipang baunya.sy request ke reception utk bersihkan kamar tp kamar kami smpe malam tidak d bersihkan dan sy sdh komplain. Sy rasa kamar yg kami tempati trlalu dipaksakan krna hotel mgkn penuh saat kami cek in. Maknan jg tdk...

However, night shift staff at reception needs to be trained up. Encountered a leak at bathroom at night and waited quite long before I get to change room and this is upon my request. Staff actually proposed that it can be fix in 1.5 hours. "

"Good Hotel with great staff. Mr Eddie & Miss Ika and the rest of the staff were most helpful. The rooms were clean & comfortable. Breakfast was included & had a good choice of foods. Location was good, with many eateries colse by and 500m walk to the nearest Mall. Will stay at Ibis styles again & highly recommend this hotel."
