"The hotel was central and clean. The pool area was nice although we did not get to enjoy it much since we were busy during the day and the pool shut down at 6pm. It would have been nice if the pool stayed open later so we could use it in the evening."

"I love the place, really! But the staff and breakfast was disappointing. I wanted to have a Cappuccino and she told me that she was alone and the other will come at 10 am. But she has time to play with her mobile phone all the time. Well, it was breakfast time. Suppose to have Tea and any kind of coffee ready during the time. But the property is awesome. "It is a horrible hotel. Towel very old, bed sheet old and not clean well, the room no window, noisy from other room customers and the worst is toilet. This hotel made me feel like staying in "slum" but the price same as i paid 3 stars hotel in Surabaya. I didn't understand why this hotel can get 3 stars? I prefer to pay more for other hotel if know before, the pictures are just too looking good!"
