"Service and the running facilities (ac, water bottles, hot water, new towels, clean sheets, and floor mats) are very good. The service staff helped us with everything we needed; breakfast on time, use of the refrigerator, and accommodating to our needs. We were they to participate in a cycling event in Jogja and the service staff were very helpful during our stay there.
