"I stay in a lot of Courtyards and overall they are great. This was I was surprised to find put us in a room with a hole in the shower wall. Looked like someone had punched it and the tile was all broken. The hooks to hang towels were also all broken. When I called the front desk to make sure they know and wanted us using a broken shower they said it was fine. I was concerned about water now making things worse but they did not seem to care."

Kelly (front desk) was very personable and had excellent customer service skills - she arranged to get me coffee for my room, and late housekeeping services .
