"This property is very run down and poorly maintained. The staff are very courteous and kind but know they are in a loosing situation. Examples; no wifi on upper floors, the elevator only worked sporadically, the carpets and walls in the halls and rooms was stained and damaged, the lobby restaurant is very limited.
