"Pros: absolutely beautiful view, and rooms are lovely. The bar next to the lake is great, as well as the property and amenities. Staff and security are very friendly and attentive to their guests. The location and view of the lake can’t be beat 😍 Also, best ceviche ever ! Cons: parking can be tight but luckily most people don’t drive their own vehicles. The rooms could use more lighting fixtures (for vanity mirror) and electric outlets. "

"This hotel is situated in an ideal spot; very close to the island so that you see dozens of bird species from it's fabulous deck. The infinity pool is gorgeous as are all the grounds. Well worth the ride to the hotel! They have jet ski, kayaks and even will take you on a boat ride around the lake. The staff were absolutely spot-on. The food was very good. Rooms were comfortable and they use solar power to heat the shower (very hot water!) and provide power. Definitely will be back! "

"Overall our stay was very good, the hotel is centrally located, the restaurant was very good and the staff exceptional. The rooms are a little dated, they can use a microwave and a mini refrigerator. All in all is was a pleasant stay and if we had to the area again we would stay here."

"They had great staff and services. The ladies were really nice and friendly and went out their way to make our stay the most pleasant time. We liked the fact that they had a variety of restaurants near by. The Santa Teresa thermal pools were near by which was a great activity that we enjoyed. It’s a very lively environment which I personally don’t have anything against. I would definitely stay here again. "
