"Hotel staff claimed they did not have our booking or payment (of course the booking was fully paid). After few minutes they found it and said that they did not recieved any notification and they are fully booked on that day. It was late at night, we had to find another hotel in the area ourselves. Unfortunately, the hotel staff did not help us with anything. All they said was they were sorry. We are very disappointed."

It worked out but id suggest a sign at gate so guest knows they are in right place, plus an intercom or bell. I went in order to have a quiet place, it definitely delivered. "I loved the location, a bit away from the center. We had a rental car and there was an enclosed parking spot for us. The owner and staff were wonderful, kind and very helpful. The pool was great with plenty of shady spots for the adults to sit and watch them play. Breakfast was healthy and tasty. Our room had ample space and the beds were very comfortable."
