"Great service also friendly staff very quick to respond - lovely breakfast catering for Asian and western pallets - only constructive critique is that in winter December cooler months the heating is high in the rooms and we needed to move rooms to get a room that windows could open as I like to sleep in a cooler environment of around 18-21 Celsius and I find 25-30 Celsius too hot to sleep in - luckily the hotel was able to move me to a room with windows that can open - Hotel is right by the...

"I took this hotel for the price. They were undergo some roadwork around but as we were high, it didnt bother us. Hotel is Hilton style, comfortable and cosy. Clean, staff speak English. Closevtp Hongxiao Airport and Train. Only thing , a little far from the subway. Still I wont forget about it and maybreturn. "

"Amazing hotel!!! The staff really made it great especially the lady that was cleaning my room. I rated it 3 stars for the area around the property because I feel like the location would be better as it was a bit far from everything, the Mixc mall kind of made up for it but personally I would have liked it better if it was closer to central, or on the other side near the Shanghai Towers. I liked how there was privacy and it was not a busy hotel "

"Only criticism is they charged us $6 for a small soda in the restaurant. Our fault for not realizing they were taking advantage of us. Everything else was lovely. Nice cheap buffet breakfast, great accommodating staff, good location"
