The grocery store and rental car area was about 20 minutes walk. I felt safe walking the streets. The only thing I did not really like is having to ask for a ramp to be placed whenever we go inside the hotel and their restaurant for my friend who is in a wheelchair. The ramp has to be carried from the hotel entrance to the restaurant entrance since...
