"I was really looking forward to my stay at the Stella Hotel in Goraya .The hotel needs to invest in staff training - Clearly not there . Some Examples , At Breakfast there was hardly more than 6 guests at anyone time - but the whole breakfast function is so dis-organised . There are 3 flasks . Not a single one labled so guests are having to open the flask lid and put thier nose to smell what the hot liquid is : Tea / Coffee / Hot Chocolate . Not very hygiene. Lack of breakfast items . "The hotel is owned by new owners and they do not honour bookings through the website. It is a shady joint with spotty wifi. Having said that the staff were very nice and understanding and since I had no other option, i had to book it at much higher price that the one advertised. Dirty towels, dirty room, no toiletries provided etc. the hotel is only for couples who want privacy for an hour or two"

"I had a reservation on 17-sept till 28 sept and allready paid online. When we were there at hotel maharaja the hotel is not the same like from the pics from hotel.com.
