"Leider hat es mit der Buchung nicht richtig geklappt. Wir hatten ein Apartment mit Balkon gebucht und vor Ort wurde uns ein Studio (Doppelzimmer mit Zustellbett ohne Balkon ) für 3 Personen und Hund angeboten. Nach Langem hin und her, war es dann doch noch möglich ein Appartement zu bekommen. Das war richtig schön. Leider hat in den 4 Tagen nicht einmal eine Zimmer Reinigung stattgefunden- selbst nach mehrmaligen Erwähnen nicht. Wir haben uns selbst die Handtücher und Toilettenpapier...

"Property is well located. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good - fresh squeezed OJ. Hotel itself is a bit tired and would benefit greatly from new carpeting and paint in rooms and halls. "

"This hotel has a historic feel. Spectacular view of the church and the valley in Heiligenblut. 10 minute walk to a great Austrian restaurant, Zlapp und Hof. No A/C (I doubt you’ll find any A/C in this town), but we slept comfortably with the windows open on a hot summer night. The hotel manager and staff are super nice. "

"A disappointing stay! This hotel was not as advertised - we were told our room had air conditioning and a kitchen but it had neither. The food we had brought to cook was wasted and we had to spend extra on a meal to eat. There room was hot and there wasn’t even a fan, overall the hotel is in a good location and rooms were very basic but spacious and clean . Breakfast was good, No reduction was given despite the false advertising. The manager agreed the room was not as advertised but blamed...

They take pride in using local dairy products and there was some of the best cheeses I have ever eaten with the breakfast buffet. Andre was friendly and helpful and speaks about half a dozen languages fluently. I would go back, especially to eat! "

"Very nice place to stay in the middle of the beautiful Alps. Our 2 bedroom apartment was really spacious with a large living room and bathroom, that contains a small sauna. That's was really good experience. Apartment has a full kitchen including dishwasher and oven, that would be very useful for longer stay. And the view no doubts is wonderful. Hotel staff was really nice and welcoming. Breakfast was included. Not a very large choice, but for such a small hotel it was quite good."

"Amazing stay in a historic old building. Nice village. Staff was very friendly, room was immaculate. Very pretty. My wife and I had a little picnic dinner on the balcony. It was just great. We also had a nice walk around town and through the neighboring countryside. Everything was great for our stay!!"

"Pretty good overall. Room was comfy and well appointed. WiFi worked ok. The only issue was the lacking of soundproofing in the walls. Was extremely noisy from a nearby room at night. Primary reason for a hotel room is to get some sleep. At this it failed. Such a shame, other than that it was fine."

"Sehr moderne Einrichtung und wirklich sehr liebe Gastgeberin. Nur zu empfehlen, auch mit Kindern toll, viele Bauern mit Tieren im Umkreis. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen :) "
