"We had a room right outside of the pool, it was quiet and comfortable. I was a bit surprised there was no continential breakfast though. I am looking to book here again in January if the price drops a little. "

"The hotel was good for my stay here for 3 nights. Clean and fairly good bed. As I booked it back in March, I was hoping for a better room view. It was facing a construction site and in the inside corner of a complex, so kind of disappointing. Strange sounds all night: like drums? Maybe it was pipes or an elevator. Area around Duluth center has become unsafe when it's dark. Was approached twice by strange individuals most likely on drugs. "

"This property was a lucky last minute find. Only 15 minutes from UMD, where my son attends. Can safely have windows open overnight and let the Lake Superior waves lull you to sleep. It is a basement apartment and home owners were not present, so I can’t speak on that. Very nice patio with grill as well as wood burning chiminea, both of which we used and enjoyed immensely. "It was a great getaway. The house and location where amazing. Just a little issue with a few of the games that we were looking forward to using. The oven didn't seem to heat properly when making pizzas the top was done but the crust was still doughy. The only other thing i would suggest is the handicap ramp to get into the property had a piece of wood making it hard to get onto the ramp itself. It was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. "
