"I arrived on Sunday, September 29. Neither my reservation with Expedia nor the hotel's site mentioned that the hotel front desk as well as the hotel is closed on Sunday. Luckily I received an email from the hotel a few days before my arrival that advised me of this and the fact that I had to access the key for my room at a lock box at the front door of the hotel using a code sent in the email and thus I was able to let myself into the hotel and my room. "Beautiful hotel in the center of Ebensee, with a lovely flowers at the balcony and a view to the lake. However, the church bells 🔔 were so noisy especially at 6 am in the morning that was very, very annoying.."
