"Our first stay at this hotel and couldn’t be more impressed. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed in it. The hotel is in n ideal situation and considering its close proximity to a major road it was very quiet. Our two dogs were welcome to stay with us there was plenty of space around the hotel to walk them. We would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend this hotel to all our friends."

"This is a budget-minded "in-town" hotel. Great staff, quiet rooms and a nice breakfast. Parking is on the street and works with a two hour meter payment from 3-5 pm every day. It worked fine for me and I would stay there again. It is budget friendly place and a good value. The room was basic but that is all I need and this is a older place but still a great place. "

"This is an older boutique hotel with no stairs to navigate. There is a lift up the rooms as well as staircases.Yes, it is a bit rundown in the carpet, but everything I needed was clean and excellent. The staff, especially Jamie and Jiorja (spelling? Sorry, women!), could not have been more helpful in terms of getting taxis, answering questions, and generally being kind. Although I didn’t eat breakfast there, I did have dinner twice at MacNabs, the attached restaurant, and it was very good. When my room was cold, Jamie brought me a room heater immediately, and it was perfect. When I thought I had lost my wallet, they both tried to help. (I hadn’t.) The location is excellent, too, because although it is over the Ness River, shopping, even for those of us with walking disabilities, was very easy. Inverness is a small city, so if I can walk it with a rollator, pretty much anyone can!"
