"The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well accommodated. They even carried out (incredibly heavy!!) suitcases upstairs for us. The food was incredible and there was so much variety. The only issue was the shower in our room which didn’t have temperature control and the screen was a bit broken.
