"I have to say that service is very good but it needs a goooood upgrade everything is very old and broken had to go down a long way just to report the main door 5 times at the end maintenance man had to come every helpful and polite i have to say. Food excellent at the buffet. The night activities poor practically all done by the staff did not like it needs good intertainment had to go to the room early not good. "This is not an apartment as advertised and very mid-leading; - There is no microwave, stove or fridge in the room as advertised, a main reason for booking - We left food in the communal fridge overnight on one occasion and the food was taken - This seems a location for airline employees as it seems many people come and go every day and being in the room next to the entrance, we heard it throughout the night - Site also seems to use a pump for the water supply which resulted in a loud ‘gusty...

"The furnishings are a bit dated but overall the apartments are big and comfortable with a good balcony. The swimming pool is the best we have ever experienced catering for children and adults. It is huge and is thoroughly cleaned every day before opening including all the sunbeds being hosed down . Roquetas does suffer from high winds when the sea is not good for swimming so to have this wonderful pool is a bonus."
