"Rooms displayed on website look nothing like the rooms you receive. We had two rooms. Both were small, dark and smelly. The bathrooms smelled like old water. One room was cleaned daily, the other room was not touched by cleaning staff in three days. Neither room had hung door cleaning request. They just came in to one room but not the other. "This is a very unique property which we enjoyed very much. We had read the the reviews so we knew that it could be loud from the city square. It was! But we were prepared. We also knew that there was no AC and it happened to be unusually hot weather. But we asked for fans and they were provided the next day. No complaints from us. if you want modern-go to a modern hotel. We LOVED the history of where we were staying. We would have appreciated having coffee in the room instead of just tea...
