"Truly great stay at Wood Hotel. The room was super clean and spacious. Comfy chairs and comfy bed. The bathroom was good and had everything you could need. The staff were very friendly and helpful and service was excellent. But the star of the show was definitely the buffet breakfast. It was huge and there was something for everyone. "Beautiful hotel. The lobby/bar is a fantastic space. The rooms are on the smaller side but we had a large bathroom. Breakfast før excellent. We were met with friendly and accommodating staff. Recommended!"

"The staff were all so friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean, relaxed, professional and if you needed anything you just needed to ask and it was no problem. The food was excellent, it seemed like a lot of thought had gone into it and all well cooked plus a great selection at both breakfast and the evening meal, the cake was always delicious too. We had a lovely time and would love to come back. Thank you."

"Good location, basically it's walkable to most of the places. Enjoyed the dinner so much at the hotel, the vibes and ambience are so cozy and warm. The food are good too. "

"Great staff and excellent breakfast. Only drawback is the flat bathroom floor and the drain being the highest point in there. Water goes everywhere. Squeegee is provided, however would have preferred to not clear a flood every morning. Otherwise fantastic!"

"Late 1800s style decor, shared restrooms, and rustic setting and approach to facilities. The owner is very helpful and the staff is very polite. Other lodgers very friendly and it adds to the experience. Communal dinners are served but we were sightseeing so didn’t partake. "

"Lovely surroundings, and not too bad breakfast, local supermarket, however TV didn’t work, limited facilities Wi-Fi was ok bar area was closed early room did not include breakfast 1100nok for room then a further 150nok for breakfast possibly would stay again as close to fishing zones but would come better prepared next time."

"Transportation from airport bus about 5mins , but still need walk another 5mins, but the bus a little bit expensive for backpackers. it situated just upfloor the train station. The staff was nice. The breakfast also not bad and can see the view of the train and the mountains."
