"The reception desk staff were not very friendly nor welcoming. The room had a comfy bed and a small balcony with a nice view. We could not get the AC to work. Coffee station supplies are bare minimum - no sugar, no creamer, no spoon nor stir stick, two packs of instant coffee and one teabag. Hotel us well situated to walk and enjoy the area. "

"Newer hotel, clean and spacious. Good location within walking distance to various tourist sites. Bus stop is close to the hotel. The only concern we had was that the elevators took so long to get to our floor. Other than that, it was a very nice stay."

"Contactless check in is convenient. The luggage storage is on 2/F that we could drop luggage anytime. We booked studio type D with bay view. Facilities in-room was good in condition. We asked for assistance to call taxi when we left and the staff was very helpful. Location is excellent, just a minute's walk to the beach. Other tourist attractions are also in walking distance."

"I like this place for the value and comfort. I stay here occasionally. However, this time the bathtub was dirty. The pillows are not soft. It looks fluffy but not comfortable at all. I hope they do something about the pillows. The breakfast buffet was quiet and clean. Overall I like this place but I hope they keep the quality up to survive. There are more hotels under construction at Naksan beach "

"I love the junior suite room at the white hotel it's a two-bedroom apartment that the athletes used during the 2018 Olympics. However, many of the shops were not open when we were there. "

"It's a condo (Koreans call sharing units as condo) rather than a hotel. Youngsters come a lot and very noisy at night. If you will have a party at night, you will love this place but if you are visiting with your family and want a rest, find out another one. "

"It's an incredibly peaceful hotel tucked in the mountains of Korea's remote Gangwon province. It provides an incredible view of Inje Speedium, and has plenty of amenities to keep you comfortable. "It's an incredibly peaceful hotel tucked in the mountains of Korea's remote Gangwon province. It provides an incredible view of Inje Speedium, and has plenty of amenities to keep you comfortable. It is a bit far from the Seoul/Gyeonggi area, but if you are into hiking then it's a perfect stay as it's close to the Inje Birch Tree Forest and Seoraksan National Park. It's also a 30-45 minute drive to resort towns on the east coast. The staff is amazing and helpful, and the cleaning crew is diligent. There's a restaurant, sauna, gym, and convenince store too. It's an amazing place!"
