This hotel was the friendliest, cleanest, service oriented hotel we have ever stayed in around the world, on arrival Tristan made us a cup of tea to sit at the patio and chill before checking in. Marcella took us to our room to check it was ready and the outstanding service continued. we were treated like family and that is the atmosphere created. "Being there at a heatwave in Styria, this was a gem as it has air-condition in the rooms which was so fantastic. Also not cheap ones, these were from Daikin, very efficient and quiet. Price is absolutely ok, room has all you need, all pretty new and nice, more modern than traditional Austrian style. Room has also a balcony, quite nice to sit outside and enjoy a drink. Regarding beverages, there is a very convenient beverage vending machine, that includes wine and beer, everything reasonable...

"Wir hatten ein schönes großes Zimmer. Das Personal und der Chef waren sehr sehr freundlich und bemüht. das Frühstück ist von 8-10 wir mussten am Abreisetag aber schon um 7 los. Es wurde freundlicherweise für uns ein Frühstück zubereitet, ohne darum zu bitte. selten solch ein bemütes Personal erlebt."
