The staff were great and very helpful. When we checked out we mistakenly forgot one of our small suitcases in the room. "Decent hotel by the airport but outside of Munich. Biggest complaint is the internet/wifi was horrible and wasn’t connecting. When I went down to the front desk to ask for help, the woman was extremely rude and dismissive. She said that because the hotel was fully booked, that’s probably why the internet wasn’t working and I would have to deal with it. When the Internet did finally work, they have strict parental controls on the WiFi. I was trying to watch YouTube podcast and then tried Netflix...

"Trotz der Nähe zur Autobahn ist dieses Hotel eigentlich ganz gut. Ich hatte ein Zimmer im Tiefparterre Das geräumig war und sogar eine Kochnische Und etwas Geschirr hatte. Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist gut, nur beim Frühstück war es etwas eng und die Auswahl war nicht besonders groß. Dafür war der Kaffee gut."
