"Very friendly & accommodating staff. He gave recommendations for restaurants & shopping. The lift was not working so getting luggage up the steps was extremely cumbersome although staff helped. The breakfast was excellent. Overall a very nice stay."

The rooms are clean, the staff are pleasant but there are just too many problems with the rooms.
