"The customer service was top notch, very helpful and friendly. There is a washer/ dryer for those that are packing light like we were. Parking is a little tough but lots of overflow lots. The walls were thin so you could hear the neighbors but for the price, it’s a great place to stay!"

"We arrived after checkin time & was helped by a very friendly & helpful staff member who had just finished her shift. The next day was a public holiday so we didn’t see anyone else as the hotel was closed. Easy walk down hill to city centre & harbour. Quite an effort to return. But if taking a car there are plenty of paid car parks available. "

"Lovely accommodation with a fantastic view. Food was great at the pub and they were super careful with my coeliac situation. We had such a restful happy stay."
