Finally checked in the apartment with WhatsApp communication with the owner who gave clear instructions to get the code and key to enter. Clean and tidy nice 2 bedroom apartment which oversees the Plaza Mayor and the NH Collection Leon Hotel, close to the Cathedral and a short walk to restaurants. Good stay...

"They misplaced my reservation so there was some trouble checking in(I booked it late in the day, and the waitress who was also looking after the front desk didn’t know where to find my reservation info). However the hotel manager who showed up later was super friendly and helpful."
