The staff is friendly, helpful, and accommodating. It was obvious that they wanted to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, including a wonderful breakfast buffet. I would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Slovakia."

"Amalia Apartment was very spacious and comfortable - once we found it. The address given is misleading and the street number defies logic. Please change the address on the website. To avoid wasting time I advise future visitors to contact host directly for exact location in the street. No complaints about the accommodation - it is well appointed and hosts are friendly. "

"Our stay at the hotel was a quick stopover for one night. Hotel was a ski resort and had lovely views, and lots for kids to do. The Hotel itself is a little dated but very clean, staff very helpful. Rooms- again dated but clean, bathroom- a little small. Beds - very firm ( not my thing unfortunately ) Food - was great. "

Nonetheless, after insisting that I must be in the system, the receptionist say `Ah yes, you are right, we relocated you (without my knowledge) to another hotel because we were overbooked.` The receptionist then provided me convoluted directions...
