"Byli jsme nadšení. Krásné prostředí, klidné se skvělou dostupností na sjezdovku (menší pro děti a úplné začátečníky přímo u hotelu, větší kousek přes silnici), ale i pěší výlet či výlet na běžky. Vlek přímo u ubytování. Dále bych vyzdvihla výbornou snídani. Spoustu variant sladké /slané /bezmasé. Navíc po náročném dni možnost wellness - sauna, vyhřívka, bazén. Personál velmi milý a ochotný. Doporučuji!"

"Ein sehr schön gelegenes Hotel als guter Startpunkt für Wanderungen. Ausstattung war sehr gepflegt. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und lecker und die Plätze im Wintergarten sind nur zu empfehlen. Der Wellnessbereich konnte sich auch sehen lassen. Parkplätze waren ausreichend und kostenlos vorhanden. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind auf alle Wünsche und Hinweise eingegangen. Falls wir in nächster Zeit noch einmal nach Spindlermühle fahren sollten werde ich wieder dieses Hotel buchen."

"Great views overlooking a valley and mountains. Nice wellness area, spa and pool incl in the price and additional for saunas and massage. ATM on the outside of the building. Ski shuttle incl to the slopes. One slope close by. **** Over all a very nice experience"

"Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr unfreundlich. Doppelzimmer nicht bekommen und wohnten unterm Dach.Toilette im Zimmer defekt. Bettwäsche war nicht sauber. Frühstücksbuffet konnte man vergessen , kein Obst und wurde auch nichts aufgefüllt.Schade , wir hatten uns vom Hotel mehr versprochen. Kann man nicht empfehlen !!!!!"

"Zvláštní hotel. Klíče si vyzvednete v pizzerii, jelikož nemají recepci. Servis tedy žádný, člověk musí být po příjezdu investigativní, aby se dostal vůbec na svůj pokoj (nepřišlo žádné info mailem atd). Klíče od vchodových dveří domu pasují i do zámku k pokoji, což nás nemile překvapilo. Pokoj byl čistý a pohodlný, jen sprcha moc neteče a věšák na ručníky ze zdi mi zůstal v ruce. Záchod trochu zrezlý. Výhodou nulového servisu bylo, že nás nikdo neobtěžoval dotazy (ani nás v poslední den...

"A comfortable and well-kept hotel some 50 meters from multiple hiking trails and but a 20 minute walk from the Karpacz downtown. The surroundings are beautiful. A truly perfect place for exercise and relaxation. I conjoined ca. 5 hours of hiking each day with massage treatments in the spa. I opted for half board and found the gastronomy, for both breakfast and dinner, to be of the the highest quality. I'm going back next year."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was varied and the room was large with good view to the city. The center was within walking distance. It is important to know that rooms are only cleaned on request. Unfortunately the staff do not speak English or German. A translator is helpful. We felt very welcome."
