"My deluxe suite room, with spa bath, was just lovely. The view from the deck was of lovely trees, and you could see birds playing on the lawn. The whole room was spotless and furnishings were new and comfortable, especially the bed and pillows. The staff very friendly and helpful. Only 2km to Kerikeri shops and the weekend market was in walking distance. Would recommend."

"Adequate for our needs. A comfortable clean bed, great shower, clean toilet. Unexpected mini fridge and kettle in the room. We chose this place because it offered air conditioning and we were not disappointed. The towels were a bit like sandpaper though. Great for exfoliation! "The view & sounding beach area is fantastic. Beautiful spot to wake up to! Our room needed a really good vacuum, especially behind bed side tables etc. The outdoor furniture on our deck was really dirty as well as the tiles. Nothing that a water blast wouldn't fix. The shower curtain is well passed it's used by date. Only place for it is the bin. Daily room service doesn't include making beds, which we found strange. Overall, it's all very tired looking. "we had the unit just beside the office ,facing the road but it was not too noisy.Unit was old but clean enough.Kitchenette a bit small but manageable except for the position of the microwave.Needed to stand on a chair to reach it."

Unfortunately due to bad weather we didn't have the opportunity to use the pool or hut tub, but they both looked very inviting. "

"Amazing attention to detail for a specail retreat. Enjoyed the fire, views, quiet and spa. Nice to have an electric lazyboy and smart tv. Cooking facilities are good. Bathrrom os lovely. Blinds could be improved, getting a little tired but servicable enough. A fabulous relaxing stay, i have recommeded to friends, and I'm keen to return myself!"
