"This hotel has so much potential unfortunately it wasn’t to the normal standard that a three star German hotel is. The restaurant was open from 6 pm till 8 pm for dinner if you arrive at 7:45 pm it’s too late and that is ridiculous as for breakfasts The cheeses and hams and eggs weren’t replenished so choice was greatly limited. "When you arrive out of hours ,check in is closed and access is via a telephone that connects you to someone who will givecyou a codecto open the safe where your key card is !, it would be better to just mail or message this number,also this should be on hotel info"
