"Gutes Hotel, aufmerksames Personal. Gratis Parken vor dem Hotel (limitiert) oder für €10 in der Tiefgarage Völlig angemessene Unterkunft mit guter Anbindung. Einziges Manko war die wohl defekte Steuerung der Heizung. Auch auf Stufe 1 lief die Heizung so stark, das man nachts zeitweise das Fenster öffnen musste, da viel zu warm. Das haben wir beim Techniker angemerkt. Wir kommen gleichwohl bestimmt mal wieder. Zusatztipp: Grieche "Grecum" in Frankenthal "

But the advertised pool was not operational, there was very spotty internet (so bad you couldn't write emails), no soap in the bathroom (we had to buy our own), all the complimentary items never were refilled, and once the door to our room was open when we returned from a day trip. Lastly no one was available to talk to about this since the reception was never staffed....
