It was listed as having cleaning service everyday but we got only towel change one day, a quick vacuum the second day and a bit more cleaning the third day. The beds and pillows are not comfortable. "To call this a hotel is a stretch, its more like a guesthouse. No reception on arrival, even though published as open to 6pm (which says it all!!).
