"This was an interesting property with some nicely designed interior features and run by a lovely family who tried very hard to please. However, it was not a bilingual property as advertised and that was frustrating at times.I found the kitchen poorly equipped and had to supply some of my own utensils. There was no microwave as advertised and the washing machine had Chinese only instructions.Attention to these small details could make a big difference to someone's stay."

"Nice quiet room we had. Don’t know if you had one on other side. Staff was friendly although English was limited. At breakfast the staff very helpful. I asked for 1 hour delay at checkout but they were only able to accommodate 30min. Room are nice and clean. Since it’s holiday weekend a lot of kids. Made the pool water not as clear as you would expect. I would stay here again. "

"This place is underrated. Probably the best place I stayed in Vietnam. Price is most affordable. It has all the necessary amenities including pool. Very close to the beach. A lot of street food around. Love also the breakfast buffet; they change the mains in the menu daily. The beach is the best. "

"it is not three stars. Insulation is very bad, traffic and doors shutting noise all night. The air conditioner runs but doesn't give the cool air, the shower has a bad odor. Wifi is too slow. I won't come back."

"I stayed here for 2 nights. First of all, don’t expect too much considering the price. The room was just okay, although I hope the shower room can be improved. All facilities are worn out and tired but still at an acceptable level. There was no room cleaning during my stay, and I’m not sure why. "Absolutely loved our few days here. Off season so it was quiet and at times the staff outnumbered us 3 to 1. They were unfailingly friendly, and everyone customer-facing spoke at least basic tourist English which I didn't expect but which was welcome - despite our best efforts for months, our Vietnamese is pitiful!
