"O have been at this hotel 3 times this year. Every time was better than the stay before. Empoulyees always nice and smiling and answer my questions or find out immediately. Room is cleaned every days with new bedding and towels. The dining rooom food is always excellent. The waiters have remembered my drinks and when they see me come in for breakfast they immediately getting me the tea i like. Even when I only stay for a couple days. They aCcomadate me in every way. "was disappointed on the service at misto when we had dinner on our last night. service was so slow when it was not even busy. there were only 4 tables in the resto. we have to follow up couple of times for them to deliver the wine. and i ordered cheesecake too but was never delivered so i have to cancel it. BAD SERVICE"

"Room was nice but shower heads need replaced they are not working . Also their free breakfest was a joke ! We order from menu and seat next to others . Others must have been walk in their meals come out and looked like a plate full. We got ours and could have put both meals on a coffee cup saucer. Three bites and eggs were gone .... but they were good. Also three pancakes size of half dollars .ask for aecond cup of coffee and witness got upset telling me i qould have to pay for it . "We had a small issue with our AC the first night but they were happy to move us to a new room to accommodate us. There were a few areas of the hotel that were maybe under construction/renovation, but overall it was very nice and the staff were great! "

"It is decent for its hotel category. Parking is easy, and the location is convenient for everything: transportation, dining, and shopping. The staff is friendly, and the property is clean overall, though it could use a little TLC. The age is starting to show in the furniture and fixtures. Will I stay again.. yes. "

"We have stayed here before and it seems to have gone downhill. The grounds were good but the room was less than expected based on the pictures. The staff were friendly but inefficient. Our room was never cleaned and we had to call and ask for tissue for the CR and for fresh towels. Beds were not made and garbage wasnt emptied. And the free breakfast was a joke - a hot dog or canned ham or some such with 1 egg and garlic rice. Expected a buffet or at least enough to eat. "
