"Everything was great - stayed in the same room just a few days apart for flights from Allentown. On the first stay the room had a door between the bedroom and bath was difficult to open or close. The front desk said they would report to maintenance. On my second stay in the same room the door was not fixed. Needed to get refill for the bath gel. Overall, I would stay again and would highly recommend."

"The room was excellent - up-to-date with lots of power and USB ports around the room. The heat and AC unit worked great. The bathrooms were very up-to-date and bright. There were other unique functional features that made our room very pleasant. Front desk staff, including Carlos, were very cordial. Easy parking. Easy on and off the nearby highway 78."

"My family and I enjoyed our stay at this Hyatt location for spring break for 4 nights. The place was beautiful, newly built and modern. The free breakfast was great and the Westside Grill food was also on point. We love that it was also in close proximity to other restaurants and stores about a mile away. Plus it is pet friendly! We will surely return. "

"The staff was pleasant and the property was neat and clean. You could tell that the staff and management care. The only thing I wish was posted was an sign asking guests to be quiet in the hallways after 11pm."

"Stayed here to visit Muhlenberg College. Hotel is downtown close to school. Garage is hard to find. Hotel validates so cost is less but there’s still a charge. Long walk from garage to hotel though all Indoors. Hotel room has a very thin counter for a desk which was not comfortable for my husband and teen who were both trying g to do work. Nor was there a good desk lamp. The front desk suggested they try the library but it was overlooking the lobby so not really quiet and no desk height...
