"The hotel is very quaint and feels very typical of the area, although the rooms are basic when compared to the big chain hotels, they serve the purpose, the beds are comfortable and the water is hot. The food in the restaurant was of a fantastic quality and the portions were somewhat enormous, but it was nice to eat traditional foods, not the same as anywhere in the world. my only cause for dropping the star was the strange waste bag alongside the toilet which was not empty when I arrived and...

"I stayed at Fuglsancentret because I had a meeting there the following morning. I arrived at night and the check-in could not have been any easier. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was wonderfully comfortable and spacious and it even had a little patio outside. The breakfast was also excellent. Overall, this was a great stay."

"Good check-in. Staff in restaurant were excellent and the dinner good but with very limited fixed menu. Room was clean and fairly comfortable but the bedsheets were too small to fit the bed!"

"The decor in the property is a little dated but it was clean, the bed was very comfortable and large rooms. The chef was very personable and even arranged bacon to be available for us at breakfast even though it is not on their menu. The food was delicious and the blonde haired waitress very friendly and helpful. All in all a great stay and good value for money. "

"A really nice hotel except they rent most of it out for weddings & then you are stuck listening to loud & annoying music until 2 a.m. in the morning. We didn’t sleep at all & for the cost this luxury hotel I didn’t expect this. If you are going to allow weddings then either rent the whole hotel to the wedding or warn other guests! I would not have stayed here had I known. Very little by way of breakfast or dinner (no vegan options)."

"Hos Mette is a wonderful place to stay! It manages to have a sleek design yet feel very homely, the perfect base for a relaxing few days away. Mette herself is a lovely host. She met us on our arrival and was easily contactable via WhatsApp if we needed anything.
