The towels, toiletries & shower were all as good as more expensive place. Impossible for a big hotel of this age to compete with the new builds. Some random design of a coat stand in the room with an iron board. Just needs a bit more thought in terms of where this can be placed out of sight. "A good central place to stop. Just need usual awareness in city centres. Good facilities but compact space. No tea/coffee facilities in the room but cafes and cheap food places nearby. Good clean hotel. First stay but very enjoyable close to tram station also short walk to the train station. "
