"A short overnight in Wells. The Globe was convenient for a Lunch at The Crab House-only a short walk through a delightful old fashioned seaside High St. Parking was easy and free around the Buttlands Green. Hotel staff throughout were extremely helpful and pleasant and the rooms were clean and although fairly small, well equipped with all we needed. The Bar worked well and Breakfast in a busy but well orchestrated setting was magnificent-quite honestly as good as I have had for some time. Scrambled egg was perfect, sausage and bacon tasty and presented perfectly. We will stay again."

"We try to stay here every month as it’s a great dog friendly pub with self contained rooms and the pub is fab! Staff are lovely and never had any issues with the rooms. "
