"This hotel is more for a convention purpose. Not family friendly if you are traveling with kids. Also during the winter all the hotel rooms share the same room temperature which for my family was a bit too hot and stuffy. Found weird that we were not able to turn on the AC. They dis provide a small fan. Now the worst thing was the breakfast buffet. I initially had purchased for both mornings but after trying it the first day, I got a refund for the second day. "The place is at the centre of the village. It was so convenient to walk around. I am an Australian but was born in Korea. This place reminds me my grandmother's old house. The staff was helpful and guided many top local restaurants in Jeonju."

"The suite room was a good size for my family of 6. The free breakfast is the same everyday with eggs, orange, and prepacked food - this did not meet our needs as we needed a more wholesome breakfast. Nonetheless, the staff were really eddicient and friendly."

"A nice view of the KTX train station and mountain. Room had a microwave, washer, and styler (with a dryer function). Walking distance from the KTX train station. Bedroom, livingroom, balcony, and kitchen area all looked like a one bedroom apartment. Staff accoommodated requests with hospitality."

"Needs to pay attention a bit more to the cleanness of the rooms. Some rooms for example offer a Styler but they reack to humidity and sweat from other guests. My guess those are not properly cleaned between stays. "
