"I was doing a staycation with my granddaughters. Delaney at the front desk went above and beyond to help us checkin. Mike at dinner was amazing and very kid friendly. The pool and hot tub area was huge and so was the pool and hot tub. We had so much fun we stayed an extra night!"

"We booked a suite. There was dirt on the floor and the dishes in the cabinets were not clean. There were lipstick marks on the glasses and the silverware had food on it. We also found toilet paper behind the dresser and shoved into weird places around the couch and stains everywhere. The tub spout was also pulled about an inch away from the tub wall which caused the latch to not work properly to get the shower head on, I can also only imagine how much water is getting behind there. " This was a perfect location for two old guys from separate parts of the country to meet up and go to our alma mater at Northern Michigan University. The house/cottage is lovely and serene. We initially had some problems with the app that the customer Person resolved, and we were able to get in touch with our host, who was great. I highly recommend this to those who value fresh air, located right on Lake Superior "
