Reception staff were friendly and helpful. A kettle was available on request to make a hot drink. The tasty and filling breakfast was reasonable priced too. "The hotel is located far from city and the look can make you make you half turn and go back. You catch the motorway A81 in less than 5 mins. However when you enter the hotel, talk to the staff, get into your room, toilet and order for dinner then you do appreciate your choice of coming here. The staff are nice service oriented and without any manners. I was given room on the zero floor which was fine. Bed was good, space was 3 star normal size and staff was great by putting a bed for our kid...

"The hotel I would describe as average. A little outdated and the hallway was decorated in a really dark wallpaper which made it very dark and dismal.. The room was ok and the bed comfortable. The grouting in the bathroom was a bit black and mouldy. The lighting in the room needs to be improved as it was also very dark. The receptionist explained everything and we didn't have any problems."
