"The Neutor Express is across from the Hotel Neutor. The Express site is more like apartments. The rooms are clean but show wear. The shower was fine, bed OK, location is great - very easy to walk everywhere. The breakfast was outstanding, but across the street. The price was right and I would stay there again though. "
