"Immediately as I saw the room, I had to leave due to the condition. The lights did not work. The TV did not work. There were holes in the walls and the floor. The bathroom was atrocious, with holes in the walls and bathtub.The door looked like it had been kicked in and the safety look on the inside of the door was removed. I tried to call your office several times yesterday and I was constantly sent to voicemail. "

To start, we were supposed to have three beds, so i contacted Expedia and the acknowledged that we were supposed to but couldn't contact the owner of our place so they gave us a 100 dollar coupon 🙄.
