"Here for a masquerade ball on the Friday evening so stayed over for 2 nights. Lovely room.Very comfy and clean It did get a bit hot and we couldn't turn down the radiator. There was a QR code that you could click on to access the hotel guide.Also a section where you could agree not to have your room serviced and could choose a reward instead(drinks or snacks) I was very impressed as we didn't need our linen or towels changing. "Had a two night stay here. Room was clean and tidy. Bed comfortable. Iron and ironing board, hairdryer and tea/coffee facilities all available in the room. Had a couple of problems-light switch not working and the plug in the sink got stuck. Mentioned them and they were sorted very quickly. The restaurant across the way was great for breakfast and dinner. All in all a great stay!"
